AutoWise provides AI-powered analysis of used car listings to help buyers make more informed decisions. By creating an account and using AutoWise, you agree to these terms.
AI Disclaimer
All deal scores, price estimates, and recommendations generated by AutoWise are produced by an AI model and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional automotive, financial, or legal advice.
Market valuations are estimates based on the information you provide. AutoWise does not guarantee the accuracy of any price, score, or assessment. Always conduct your own due diligence, including a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic, before buying any vehicle.
Vehicle recall data is sourced from the NHTSA public database and reflects available records at the time of analysis. AutoWise is not responsible for recalls that are not yet listed in the NHTSA database.
Acceptable Use
You may use AutoWise for personal car buying research. You may not use AutoWise to scrape data, resell analysis results, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Your Content
You own the listing details you submit. By submitting content, you grant AutoWise a limited licence to process it in order to generate your analysis. We do not claim ownership over your data.
Limitation of Liability
AutoWise is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoWise and its operators are not liable for any financial loss, bad purchase decision, or other damages arising from use of the service. Your use of AutoWise does not create any professional advisory relationship.
Termination
You may stop using AutoWise at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
